As a Basrah based company, IROS provides local and logistical support to international Oil and Gas companies. We offer a variety of support, such as arranging supplies, material, equipment and manpower for different type of projects. IROS has the access and ability to provide support to remote areas where oil companies operate, both onshore and

offshore.

Hiring for Iraqi Engineers and skilled workers is undertaken by our expert staff, who ensure that the right, qualified candidate is selected for the role. 

• Each Engineer/Skilled professional will be interviewed thoroughly. The focus will also include character and team work behavior.

• Selected Candidate to have understanding regarding his/her new position.

Machinery and equipment required for the work/project will either be purchased or hired from the local Iraqi market. The hiring process will be done with the assistance of our staff. Our trained staff are available round-the-clock to meet any of your requirements in arranging Machinery and Equipment. 

IROS teamed up with Intertek, which is a leading company with over 30 years’ experience in Technical Auditing and Assessment, Technical Staffing Services, Site Construction Services, Vendor Inspection, Expediting and Asset Integrity Management. Since 2003 IROS has recognized the importance of Quality Control (QC) and Inspection Services. Many of these inspections services were requested by international Oil companies such as BP, Eni, Lukoil, Shell, Petronas as well as Iraqi Oil companies such as South Oil, Missan Oil and Iraqi Drilling Company.   

IROS offers its training facilities in Basrah to international training companies with the ability to train local Iraqi engineers and skilled workers in safety, and other specialized training programs needed for the oil, gas and other industries. In 2019, IROS with Intertek arranged to train 200 Iraqi Engineers from the Iraqi Drilling Company, thereafter all receiving globally recognized certification. IROS has also recently signed an agreement with Maersk, a Norwegian training company, to use IROS training facilities in Basrah for the future training of Iraqi Engineers.

 IROS undertakes civil works such as excavation, new construction and rehabilitation works, utilizing local Iraqi engineers and skilled workers' capabilities with a high degree of quality workmanship.
